Cancellation and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your booking or seek a refund, we encourage you to review our policies on returns and refunds, outlined in our Refund and Return Policies.

Applying for Refund and Cancellation of Services

To apply for a refund or service cancellation, send an email

Cancellation of your SONOSUMMIT 2024 registration can be done by writing an email to info@sonosummit.org clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email is to be sent from the email address which was used for registration.

    • All cancellation received on or before 31st May 2024 will be entitled for refund of 75% of the registration amount paid.
    • Cancellation made after 31st May 2024 till 31st June 2024 will be entitled for refund of 50% of the registration amount paid.
    • Cancellation made after 31st June 2024 will not be entitled for any refund of the registration amount paid.
    • The refund process will be completed within 45 days of completion of the conference.
